What if my order hasn't arrived?
First of all, check you have recieved your order dispatch confirmation email and also alow for estimated delivery times to elapse before contacting us. If you order has been dispatched and has not arrived within the expected time period, please email us at info@wonderofwigs.com.
What if I'm not in when you deliver?
Deliveries are usually made between Monday-Fridays, during working hours unless specified. If you are not available, our courier will leave a card at the delivery address confirming that they have tried to deliver.
Follow instructions on this card to rearrange delivery or to collect your products.
How do I return/exchange my order?
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of placing your order. Please see our Returns Policy for more information.
